For the chess tournament are we required to bring clocks, because like what if you dont have one

We provide boards and sets, but players must bring their own clocks. We do have a fantastic book and equipment vendor on site that will not only be selling clocks, but can also teach you how to set the clock.

How long does the Poker Tournament typically last? When is it typically over?
The poker tournament typically lasts 2-3 hours. If there are a lot of players it could go a bit longer.
Can you guys confirm already that masks will NOT be required? It takes time to plan and book everything and am hoping to do this already or very soon.
We cannot confirm that the Governor will not reinstate a mask mandate.
It seems unlikely, and we will not require masks unless local, state, or hotel mandates are in effect.

Usually 2 or 3 tables.
